Sean
Sean Patrick is a British-Irish Graphic Artist and Psychologist (GMBPSs) whose expertise in psychology informs and enhances his creative design work and his training projects.
He is the creative director for TGH: The Good House Publishing and has designed for other major publishers, universities and brands.
His research in positive psychology earned him accreditation by the British psychological Society and his commitment to mental health has continued through his award-winning memoir That Guy Who Loves The Universe’ and celebrated podcast Chill The F**k Out with Sean Patrick.
He has been featured on BBC World News and in The Huffington Post, Daily Mail, Sunday Express and Marie Claire magazine.

Psychology
Research
Sean’s specialist interest in positive psychology and mental health led down a two-year academic journey in the fields of Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual IQ where his unique research entitled The Healthy Resilient Individual uncovered specific correlations between these variables and Flourishing.
Sean teaches this model of good flourishing™ as a positive psychology tool, however, has also adapted it personally to be applied to his graphic design work both in process and output.
